was $65 at toysrus on black friday also i bought from sony style last year for $62 blackfriday, you need to change the earbuds as they are crap
I prefer my walkman over any ipod.
Regarding an earlier comment: I've looked around and can't find any evidence that this model was ever $62 or $65 anywhere. It appears that this model wasn't even available in the US until a couple months ago, and only at Best Buy, where it is now $159. Sony Style doesn't list this model...you need the specific link to even find it. I suspect that the other user is confusing this with a different model, especially given that these are known to be good buds as compared to what comes with other Sony Walkmans. I ordered one. I think any 16GB Sony MP3 player for $90 is an indisputable bargain.
I have one of these which I bought at Best Buy for $139. It's a great player, worth every penny that I paid for it. Great sound, very usable interface. At $139 it was a good deal. At $90 it's a steal.
I have one of the older units (NWZ-S618) and agree that the Sony players are the best sounding units. Software could use a bit of improving, but if audio quality is important to you, look no further.
