The battery can be replaced - you just need to remove the back-plate with a screwdriver and something flat and thin (like a guitar pick, dime, or flattened bottle cap). They have how-to guides on YouTube showing you how to do it.
If that's too much trouble, you can always get an extended battery if you're using your phone as an all-out media center.
Received the phone today, I'm glad it's here, but there are something I would like to mention in order some of you thinking about getting this phone from them. I have an at&t version Lt28at and a lt28h (bought from HK) so the comparison all based on the phone I have.
The phone shows up with a clear film just like the one you have from at&t, and yes, there's an at&t logo above the speaker, just like all other at&t Lt28 model, (weird, on the international version Lt28i you should not see any carrier logo on it)
Turn to the back, both upper cover and bottom cover were removed, so I can see the white label attached to the phone, again, it's an at&t version lt28at.
Boot up the phone without removing anything, entered into service mode, the phone has been sim unloked and of course, it runs at&t firmware.
User's manual is a reprint/copy, I can see the cover page was printed on a Kodak photo paper.
To sum it up: Phone looks like in a good cosmetic shape. Top and Bottom cover arrives in BLACK color, NOT RED. This is an at&t version Lt28at with SIM lock UNlocked, NOT LT28i or Lt28a or Lt28h
How do I feel? Don't know where did they get this phone, they advertise it as Lt28A, Outside the box shows Lt28I and the phone is actually Lt28AT Not a h
Hello, to introduce myself my name is Moria and I am from Zagerz.com. I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience that you are experiencing. Being that so many orders shipped out in the past week it is possible that the shipping department sent you the wrong color; the color on the site is the exact color you should have received it in. As per specs it is an AT&T phone, unlocked and it is noted on the site now as well. I apologize for that too. Should you or anyone else have any concerns or questions regarding this item, please email the Zagerz customer service department at info@zagerz.com and they will be more than happy to resolve this issue for you. Again, I am truly sorry for this inconvenience.
Thank you for your business and we hope to see you again soon!
Hi bscmotor, Thanks for the review! Could you verify if the Phone you were sent is 4G Lte or just 3G? The Lt28i version is only 3G, where the LT28AT should be 4G Lte.

Hi Moria, thanks for your reply, I received a mail from Sasha, she said it was an embarrassing mistake and she offered me full refund with return postage covered. It was nice, but since I feel safer to do return/refund via Paypal so I opened up a dispute and notice them yesterday 3/5/2013 14:21 PST. No official reply from you guys yet, will wait for few more hours and will post my result back here.

Both i and at has LTE support, the one they sell is at&t version Lt28at (they changed the model from Lt28a to Lt28at on their website now)
Battery not replaceable. Once battery dies, you can't get a low-cost replacement. 12meg camera doesn't live up to specs.

First of all, the phone came in with a different at&t box (not the regular at&t box), not a big deal.
The label on the box with IMEI states this is a Lt28 " i " color: RED

Besides, both the upper and bottom cover are in "black" color, but this is a RED phone!
You know how strange it looks with the red panel and two black covers on top and bottom?
My Lt28h (Red) looks like the one on their website, and I suppose that's how it should look like.
