nuisance_sucks and milf_hunter need to do a lot of busting because judging from that skinny tattooed guy with pink club, and with limited food supply in the garbage dump, it's hard for them to get into the shape they desire for the next bacon bar.

Some people use these for aerobic stuff, in which case too much weight can lead to joint damage. I sometimes hold the wife's little girly weights to shadow box. They start off feeling really light but get heavy real fast.
