iTunes Store has Splashtop Touchpad (iOS 3.2+) on sale for $0 downloaded. Normally $5. Turns your iPhone/iPod into a wireless touchpad and keyboard or media remote. Works with Windows PCs and Mac.
Never heard of this, but it looks good. Decent reviews. I Currently use iPad as a remote for NeoTv streamer and can think of some stuff I'd like to control on the PC from the couch.
I use the ninjadesktop on ipad to remote access my pc and works great. But i heard splashtop for ipad is way much better. I think this one is only for iphone. The ipad version is like around $10.
The "internet discovery" feature is tied to a single gmail address. This is a pain if you manage several different people / customers computers. Also doesn't work / reconnect at all on flaky internet connections. Team Viewer is a better alternative.

Also trying to program Roomba to bring me a beer.
