Frys has the SplitFish FragFX V2 Playstation 3 Controller for $60 + $6 shipping = $66 shipped. Allows you to ditch those funky analog sticks and play your Playstation 3 first person shooter titles with a mouse like you would on a PC.

I have one. This is a pretty handy little dude. If you;re an old time FPS player (Doom, Duke Nukem) and cant master the PS3 controllers then this is for you.

For the money you're better off picking up an XIM adapter, either build your own or buy premade off ebay. It offers significantly more flexibility and allows you to use a real keyboard and mouse for a true FPS experience. I have both the XIM and Split and while the Split does an adequate job, if you're going to endure the hassle of using a non-dualshock controller, just use the XIM and go the whole way.

George Broussard is going to be the new gaming Czar. You can only play crap that doesn't exist with other people's money.

I might have to seriously consider this... or the XIM adapter #3 is talking about.
