It should also work as a Lighter (preferable, gas rechargable) to be a Spycam. But it's just a moulage.

Sure it's being done; I never said otherwise. In fact, the ACLU is fighting a bunch of cases now.
In MA, it's illegal to record cops on duty, sound or not..this could be very useful.

Also has CE, FCC, UL and other logos on the side; you're going to want to put a new sticker on the side if you really want to use it as a spycam.
Also, a lighter isn't the best choice for a disguise. Unless you're a smoker, or the person inhabiting the place where it's planted is a smoker, it's going to attract attention. A stapler or hollowed-out book would be a better choice.
