JCPenney has the Stafford Essentials Men's Pleated Dress Pants (khaki, navy or black) for $11 with free ship-to-store or $8 shipping to home. Pants have a classic fit and are wrinkle-resistant. According to the user reviews, they are nice work pants, especially for the price.

I don't think the Ben's Bargain's Staff got the memo because wing tips and pleated pants are still the official standard office apparel at the office in El Segundo. On casual Fridays, the staff is free to wear titanium rings and other casual clothing and accessories, like the the goofy clothing stuff you would get in the deals they post here...
I believe the official name for these is actually "leisure slacks" and that some states require them to be worn with long, square-toed, slip-on shoes. Check your local laws and ordinances.
Pleated pants makes your package look tiny.
