Bought this chair last year and still using it. My bottom flattened it about 4 months in but it isn't as bad as my cheaper chair.

I've often eyed this chair, myself but just never have the funds available to get it. I have sat in it at Staples, great lower back support. Thanks, Ben.

#1 It has a 15 year warranty. You should try and use it. Same thng happened to mine. Just need to finnd the time to do it.
