I bought something very similar to this from staples, first one broke in 1 week, second one died in 6 months. Seventy bucks for a piece of crap is no deal.
For that price, I'd buy a brand name confetti cut one.
Our Staples shredder imploded after about two years of light use. I was almost impaled by a sharp piece of plastic shrapnel.
