Two years ago, I probably would have been happy with this chair. We had one in a light-duty touch-down workstation, and it seemed adequate. A year and a half ago, I got a new job at a commercial furniture dealer, and have had access to REAL chairs. I could never go back to a big-box store's chairs, ever again.
The one exception: the Tempur-pedic chairs are damn comfortable...but I can't speak of adjustability or longevity (most commercial-grade furniture offiers a limited lifetime warranty)
