Has anyone tried these out? I bought a pair of Sony infared ones 2 years ago through bens and they are on their last legs. Can they be that good for $8? Also, since they are RF, I guess walls don't matter...?

I am also looking for headphones and would enjoy a review from anyone who owns these. For that price, I am assuming that they are not any good.

Seems like a good deal for about 4 cups of coffee.

I can't believe that, for $8, these would be any good.

Might be okay for the casual user, considering the price point, but since the headphones use 2xAAA and the transmitter 3xAAA, and there is no stated battery life, there's a good chance you'll spend a lot of time charging batteries (assuming you're using rechargeables) if you plan to use these daily.

Thanks for the input guys. This looked a nit dodgy since the shipping is about the same as the price of the phones.

I got one a few months ago. Not great for sure. . .but it gets a job done. Don't buy it if you want good sound. . .

I had a pair of RF wireless headphones a while back. They do a decent job if you're just trying to watch TV without waking others in the house. You get a lot of static with RF as there's so much stuff around that causes interference so I wouldn't try to use these if you want to listen to music or care about sound quality.
