GoGamer has the Street Fighter IV Mad Catz FightPad PS3/Xbox 360 Controller for $20 + $3 shipping = $23 shipped. Available in a myriad of colors and patterns so you can choose between Zangief or Chun Li.
Do these have redundant RB and RT buttons on the top in case you don't want to use the ones on the front (like for every game other than Street Fighter IV)?
no... redundant buttons are inefficient and would just confuse people with accidental presses... 6 buttons on front for light medium punch, and the two top buttons for all 3, supers.
#3 should put down the rock. Solid controllers, shockingly for madcatz of old. As with most fighters you can swap the buttons to what you want(top or whichever) - just depends on the title.
Paid $40 when they released last year and still getting good use outta it. Steal at this price.
This is my favorite fighting game controller. Huge D-Pad means you don't have to move it very much, just tilting the big pad is enough input to trigger moves.
(I must think, faster than moving your whole arm and wrist to manipulate an arcade stick.)
The 3x2 button layout works great for most fighters. And I love using this for Marvel Vs. Capcom 2

#4 can't do ultras/supers that well on this, went with a HORI real arcade pro3...which is awesome!
If you follow that link, there are a number of other really good deals on games.
