      #1 is saying its a bad deal. you can build one for cheaper now but not everyone knows or have time to build one.

      it's rarely "cheaper" to build one unless you already have some parts like the case, power supply, monitor, or OS (if you must use Windows). I don't care about overclocking so I usually go for a good Dell deal as stripped down as possible, and then add some parts like graphics, memory, coolers, hdd, etc. I wish Dell would come out with some deals without the OS again.
