T-Mobile has the T-Mobile Rocket 4G Prepaid Data Stick for $20. Includes free $15 prepaid data refill card with purchase. Features microSD slot with up to 32GB expandable memory.

Netflix, Amazon video, etc. are work fine. I cancelled my low speed DSL in lieu of Clear. Sure, it's not nationwide, so what? I don't travel that much that I need nationwide coverage, I can always use free wifi when traveling anyway.
to be honest, my T-mobile 4G cell is very disappointed, it takes forever to install android apps via 4G, I always need to connect to a wireless network to install new mobile games.
My T-mobile 4G connection is impressively fast. I tether my phone to a XOOM and the speed is comparable to what I get from my home router over WiFi, for most types of browsing.
And it looks like that $15 gets you 300 MB (or just under 1% of the 32GB card it supports) of data to use in a 1-week time span
For comparison, your first 100MB on Ting cost $3, or 500MB for $13.
