Bought the same thing at the same price about 5 months ago, failed fast, New Egg would not assist. only 2 days out of the 30 day return policy, bought replacement local at the same price. Buy local if you can. Will no longer by from new-egg, they should have helped.

^ to be fair, most local stores won't replace 2 days out of their return policy period either... that's sorta why it's a fixed number of days

Correct, Newegg is running a business and there are rules for internet purchases. His gripe should be with TATUNG.

To be fair as well, Teleman did state the product "failed fast" lasting no more than 32 days.

This helps make for a more rounded comment by including product, vendor and an alternative suggestion.
