Office Depot has the TDK 100-Pack 52x 80-Minute CDR Spindle on sale this week for $13, with free shipping on $50. A good price for name-brand media for those of you who need CD-R discs. [Compare]

I still need cdr's. I still actually buy cds, and copies for the car, that I won't miss if damaged make sense to me. I prefer the fuller fidelity of cds, rather than compressed and limited formats.

Hmm, I still have cases of CDRs in my closet from when they were FAR every other week. Darn shame DVDRW drives have stagnated at about $25, CDRW drives almost became FAR too. Blame the asshats that bitched about disliking rebates, as if we compelled them to participate.

Why would you waste the money? I'm pretty sure that my mom tucks them in every night and they float away to a land of bubble gum fairies and gum drops and the tooth fairy exists. It's like people telling me that they can't watch digital TV because it lacks the depth of analog... they also believe in aliens and that secret societies rule the world

Right on Archaic! Though I use CD-RWs since it cuts down on waste and storage space.
