What would you expect for 60 bucks?
^ There's the key, if you want to rock the house this isn't going to be suitable but the real question is does it deliver enough power to be worth $65. Given the lack of amps in the sane wattage range (let's be honest, most of the time you aren't going to push an amp past 5W/channel, especially if you have a powered sub) on the market, I don't see wattage as a factor as much as whether you need an amp in this form factor with limited features.
The signal to noise ratio is rated at 75dB. Anything above 60db is well, well below 0.1% THD.
