Do yourself a favor.
Get off that computer chair.
Take some exercise.
Eat a reasonable amount of vegetables.
Never drink another soda ever again.
Ensure adequate hydration with clean water.

As an alternative, keep eating all this garbage, wash it down with a mega gulp of soda with endless free refills and wonder why your health is going down the toilet.
