A decent shaving brush costs minimum $30 what are you buying here?

This is a deal of 50% off pretty much... but my shaving kit includes a razor. Can't shave without it. A strop wouldn't hurt either. I *have* an idea! How about this... this deal include a razor and a strop, and add ten dollars?
Instead of badger, maybe this is for bikini shave.

I have the starter kit got it for free when Art of Shaving had a promotion. The brush is a little bit small but it feels pretty good quality and I really liked their shaving cream. I think this is a good deal.
