Got the Thermaltake (if I remember right) version of this a while back. Works pretty good, definitely a battery saver, but heavy!
Heavy and bulky don't compute with portable. Don't call me Shirley, but a light folding unit would be so much better. A wire reinforced blowup one would work, too. I pity you if your laptop runs so hot that you need it cooled by external means. This says inefficiency in my notebook.
i would prefer something lighter and smaller
