I'm trying to figure out how this works with a couch or even a thick mattress if the height adjustment is limited to 13-17". I wonder if the description, which matches the one on Amazon, is correct or if the picture is. 13-17" would be about right if the base was intended to slip between a 6-7" mattress and the box springs but would be way too low for use with a chair or sofa which would require at least 25 or more inches. Perhaps the description in all three places is wrong. Also keep in mind that Groupon sometimes takes a very long time to ship purchases.

@sholling, the item on amazon is similar but made specific for the bed. If you look on the groupon site, it specifies that "The tables leg height adjusts from 17- to 27-inches, accommodating almost any mattress size". So it would work for your couch or chair.
