What does "alloy rims" mean? Isn't steel iron alloy? Are the rims steel? Are they titanium alloy? Copper alloy? Aluminum alloy? Some other kind of alloy? As for horizontal dropouts, they are far less strong than vertical dropouts and promote the rear axle to crack.
