In what ways is this superios to the Tom Tom One, and ONE XL?

I had a garmin, that had technical diffuculties, though they were very good at support!

My Dad has this Tom tom seems to work just fine.

i think these are going to get even cheaper next month. i'm gonna hold off on my purchase.
