I got a refurb about 6 months ago and think it works great. although sometimes the route planning sends you a silly route. Mapquest isn't perfect either.
Great price, even for a refur. Staples is still going to sell it on Black Friday for $100.

I had a problem with my device. I called in and they offered me their updated map for free. so I have to recommend this to anyone.
I picked up one of these on Black Friday last year for $125 + tax at the local Circuit City (RIP). There are better units out there but for the price it works great. Bought one for my dad for Christmas (tech illiterate) and he's able to use it to get from A to B.
