Checked this out just for the heck. For a 13.25" x13.25" x 5.38" not bad! Sure the PSU might not be the greatest PSU but for a low power APU it would work. It has two rear 60mm fans that might be usable if you speed control them. For a small system quick build box it not the worst.
What's up with the fire wire port punch-out? If you zoom in on the case, it looks pretty cheesy. I'd spend a bit more to get a nicer case...
