Plus 10% in Bing Cash Back on NewEgg now.
      That won't last long, though.

Anything below a 40" really doesnt need 1080p as you cant even see a difference. Google it if you dont believe me.
Its a marketing ploy for people like you who dont do their research when buying TVs so your the one that gets ripped off.
720ps are fine for anything under 40".

If you've ever seen one of these in action, I doubt very seriously if you could claim a better picture on a competitive 1080p screen. These are crystal clear and have great colors. It does a pretty good job on the blacks for an LCD as well.

Agree: great secondary TV. Bedroom, office. Game consoles plugged in for the kids.

I remember the sh!t that you would get stuck with if you spent this money years ago on a TV.

      Good bargain!

that's one hell of a price. I used a 32" 720p as a monitor for about a year and a half, worked great. went to 1080p tho recently and love that! But in terms of TV, HD or not, there's very little difference. Most of it depends on the quality of the deinterlacer and tuners in the TV.

      nice TV!

For those of you that living in Cal, not just the 10$ tax but a $25 per TV recycling fee. It's basically more tax for the gobberment.

I only buy food and gas locally.

Just bought this on Black Friday from Tiger Direct for $319, but $343 is still a great price for what is a great 720p screen - with a gaming mode!

i dont know why ben puts this up after the sale. i guess its to make people who bought it before feel better and ppl that missed out on it feel bad about themselves. :/
