#3, why would you want a built in DVD player with a 32" TV? DVD player are cheap, throw away items when they are stand-alone, but if it goes bad in this, you are lugging a 32" TV back to the store, and will be without it for a week waiting for it to be fixed. Also, 32" is usually the cut-off between 'in-home service' and 'bring it back yourself' service.
