I think that wal mart has this same one fro $10 less if you want to brave BF.
HDMI cable is still $2.00 (AR) at newegg.
Toshiba has good video engines.
If you look around, many BR players are capable of receiving streaming video, such as Netflix. Should not be much more than this one.
Deal Amazon appears to be dead. Egg is still up.

If you don't have an HTPC or media player I would recommend a blu-ray that has streaming capability such as netflix. Other than that this is a good deal for a name brand player.
Didn't toshiba make the hd dvd player?
