Thanks, but no more Toshiba laptops for me. I bought a new sealed box Toshiba with XP PRO at the now closed Circuit City and when I needed to do a restore, only the XP home disk was enclosed and when I asked Toshiba to send the PRO restore disk I was told NO. The genuine XP PRO Microsoft certificate is still attached but they didn't even want to look up the numbers.
Cheat me once and you don't get a second chance to cheat me again. With the billions of dollars these people make for the stockholders they have still managed to turn America into the no-service capitol of the world.

I didn't think that any laptops come with disks. The first thing that I do when I buy a new laptop is to make a back up.
