You could do much worse on buying a laptop. If i had not just already bought a laptop, I would have considered this.
For anyone listening. This is a huge but possible replacement for a desktop.

I prefer a large screen but this bad boy is must be heavy. Toshiba makes good laptops thou.
Toshiba actually manufactures their own laptops, I believe. They have their problems, but the ones my family members have seem pretty well built.
I had to replace a fan on my sister's Toshiba, and I was impressed with how solid it was as I disassembled it. She was pretty hard on the hinges, too.
