      I have this TV and it rocks, however:
      1) You have to upgrade the firmware via a USB drive Toshiba will mail you (its free) to resolve a sound issue that affects some of these (even when hooked up to surround sound). Not a big deal, takes two minutes, and this is why its cheap. Also:

      2) I think I paid $610 for mine, so this is a good deal, but I have seen it for as low as $500, so if you are a cheap bastard you might want to wait and watch.

      Great 120hz TV though.
