Amazon with shopcelldeals has the Tracfone Samsung T330G with Double Minutes for Life for $7 with free shipping on $25+. Features a 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth, and MP3 player.
LG 620G Phone (Net10) for $10 w/ free ship on $25+
Motorola EM326g Phone (Net10) for $7 w/ free ship on $25+
Samsung T301G Phone (Tracfone) for $8 w/ free ship on $25+
A phone for $7 is a good deal, but be aware that for only a little more, including the case with the T301G for $8, you can get a triple minutes for life phone instead of double minutes.
Here's the T301G w/triple minutes for $13 - http://www.amazon.com/Tracfone-Samsung-Slider-Triple-Minutes/dp/B006L5AI3C
... but I'd have to consider the LG 800G w/TMFL the best deal at $21 - http://www.amazon.com/LG-800G-Prepaid-Minutes-Tracfone/dp/B006E8MKZU
It also comes with 1 year activation and 600 minutes for $62, or it may still be on eBay for a little less - http://www.amazon.com/Tracfone-LG-LG800G-Service-Minutes/dp/B00A028N5W
What the touchscreen on the 800G brings is not just the obvious but that it does away with the dual-purpose mechanical "back" button which if accidentally pressed when not in a menu, or pressed one too many times more than is needed to exit a menu, will eat up minutes by launching the internet browser on most of their non-touchscreen phones.
This is what some call a conspiracy by tracfone in programming that particular frequently used button to launch the browser too, since people don't generally buy any of these to surf the web for several reasons like severely limited browser choices & browser features, small screen, low screen resolution, small non-capacitive keyboard, EDGE (not even 3G) data connection, limited minutes, etc.
