Toys R Us has the Trauma Center New Blood for Nintendo Wii for $10 + $5 shipping = $15 shipped. Atlus' successful anime-style surgery series returns with the option of working closely with a friend to perform life-saving operations. Use the Wii's motion-sensitive controls to remove tumors, suture wounds, and suction out excess fluid. Who's hungry? [Compare]

Extremely realistic. Game delays ER victims from receiving any attention until their medical insurance is validated.
Victims without coverage are sent across the Internet to someone using a PS2 running an electronic version of Milton Bradley's Operation where they will be lucky to survive the tweezers.

the second opinion game was definitely one of the more underrated games for the wii. would've picked this one up if it hadn't sold out

I paid $20 + $5 shipping for this game back in early Feb. This is on the of the few games that my wife enjoys playing with me. The game is fun and it has a really cheesy story line to it which adds comical value. Worth the buy, even if you have to pay a few extra bucks elsewhere.
