I thought that auto MDI/MDI-X waa required required as part of the gigabit ethernet standard, so all gigabit switches will do it.
Far more interesting, is the switch supports jumbo frames, which all gigabit ethernet switches don't support.
^ Yes, Auto M is a feature all GbE have.
MDI/MDI-X is like saying a new car comes with a cassette deck.
So, the switch will work with a crossover cable ?!
