DinoDirect has the UltraFire WF-502B 210 Lumen Q5 Cree LED Flashlight for $13 - 6% off with coupon code FONAREVKA = $12 with free shipping. Features a water-resistant aluminum body and uses 1 x 18650 battery or 2 x CR123A batteries (neither included).
Nice light, these come a lot closer to their rated lumens than the 1 x AA or 3 x AAA lights, though Ben's listing it at 210 lumens which might be right, yet the site claims 600 lumens with a Cree XM-LT LED which is possible, but seems unlikely for a light in this price range.
If it really is an XM-LT as pictured then it's a great deal at $12, but still good if (only) a 3W Cree LED and 210 lumens, though of course you would want the 3W version if you have hopes of using it much longer than about an hour on an 18650 cell. Running an XM-LT at current sufficient for 600 lumens would also make a light this size get really hot in a few minutes so keep that in mind, though in a lower mode you can have the best of both worlds so long as the low mode isn't TOO low, but on low it is probably dimmer than a 3W R2 version on high.
I prefer 2 x AA lights in this size range because I have a lot of AA Eneloops, but for those who have or are willing to invest in 18650 or CR123 cells and charger, it is a superior energy density /runtime per light output arguably worth the investment if you use it a lot. Too big for everyday pocket carry though...
Is it me or does DinoDirect have the worst specs listings of any site out there? They claim 2 x CR123, but also only a voltage range of 3.7V to 4.2V. Other novelties include "Cruel flash", "laser dot facular", and "The pictures of our flashlight are real and if there is something tinny difference, please ignore"
^ I love 1 x AAA for EDC, but this light will be much brighter and/or run longer (lumen:hours multiple times that of any 1 x AAA light). It's good to have both types, and a headlamp, and a bike light, and a helmet light, and ...

They also have this light which includes 2 batteries and charger for $16, maybe less with the 6% coupon(?), http://www.dinodirect.com/ultrafire-c8-cree-q3-7b-5-mode-200lm-warm-white-led-flashlight-with-2-battery-and-1-charger.html
OR the WF502B with R2 LED, 1 battery and charger for $19, http://www.dinodirect.com/UltraFire-WF-502B-CREE-Q3-180-Lumens-LED-5-Mode-Flashlight-with-PCB-Battery-Charger.html
i rather buy a microstream light that uses only 1 AAA battery, and it's a focus light so it's very bright
