#1 IPS, as opposed to MVA, or worse yet, TN. IPS panels are wonderful, to have a fast LED backlit IPS is what the price is for.

eBay has at least couple sellers who offer the same price w/free shipping - for sealed boxes... with no tax (which Dell charges)
