Great game.
Good game, true. The first seemed better, because the games style was new and very well done. The new game above does it very well this time too. But, just did not feel as ground breaking. The multiplayer is okay and gives you a reason to play beyond the campaign. It is just not as good a multi player as other games. Just my 2 cents.
Love the first and own it, but this was finished in a couple days of renting it. I found no reason to buy at $60. At $40 maybe worth it to you. I might wait for $30 or less.
#2, that said, has there EVER been a sequel that has been as ground breaking as the first? Arguably, no. That's a lousy review.
It's not ground breaking, but they streamlined a lot of the problems of part 1: you can now do stealth kills on most of the guys, you are no longer cornered because you can move around as well as up, tossing a grenade with a press of L2 instead of having to select it as a weapon first, and so on.
Godfather II is the only sequel better than the original...
