Not too brilliant, but a second thought...
    Well, I want to do it in a "main" jewish language - Russian <img src="http://bensbargains.net/forum/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif" alt="Smile" border="0" />

[Truncated]

Even if they aren't outright illegal, possession would likely give probable cause for a search. And like with lockpicks, as soon as people know you own these, you'll be secretly suspected every time someone's car gets broken into.

I owned an oil change shop and had customers lock their keys in their cars in the past. I ordered a set like this and had not yet used it when a customer did it again. I was in the car in less than 30 seconds. Imagine if I had had experience with it!

Just put the tools in a box with a magnet glued to it, like the ones that hold a spare car key, and attach the box to the vehicle's frame.

    #13,

why dont we just put an extra key holder magnet where you mention.

Much smaller, easier, convience and cheaper since an extra key is only $1.29 at Walmart.

If a theft look for an extra key and they found this its the same as a key to them.

#7,s Russian not so good here is translation for us goys.

only 9 for sale legal set for the opening of any car. I sit and think who needs it It is not white man inhabitants of our city (NY) never spend $ 20 on the instrument like other primates, they cost quite a stumbling ... There remains only one application - this set of needs Besides, who wants to give donation, the most kosher way so it was not known who gave crept up to a strange machine quietly opened it put it near the radio 200 bucks and just quietly closed ... Probably I need to organize the sale of this set of burglaries in the synagogue ... Or both?
