eforcity is the most obstinate people you could find on the web.
However "cheap" something is from them, it is not worth the hassle.
I can't say positively, but I believe these are people from China who sell cheaply made stuff and have never learned how to deal with Americans.
From having dealt with them, my impression is that they believe that having a "customer NO-service" policy is the most efficient way they have of making money.
Imagine that I put in a whole lot of four letter words you wouldn't hear in polite company and you will get the drift of how they treated me.
If cheap and I don't buy from anyone who has customer service is your way of buying, then eforcity is a dream company for you.
