But that doesn't stop people from doing it anyway. Worse, the cops don't enforce this.

This company is not too honest. They charged me 120% tax on my
purchase to increase their profit. They said it is their company policy to do that.
I placed an order of $0.62 and the tax was $0.68, instead of $0.05.
USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL never charge tax on shipping.
WATCH OUT FOR CROOKS.
