Based on the reviews I've seen on ST, they're fine if (a) your phone works out of the box, and (b) you never need any help from them in any way, shape, or form. If either A or B does not happen, might as well switch to a new carrier, it'll be less stressful and possibly less expensive in the long run.
Also if they feel you are using the phone too much, as in more then what their average user does, then they can cut you from the plan without refunding any money.
