Total and complete fu cking junk. Stay away, I had them for a year, then they wanted to triple in price. They were to dumb to realize that I could just move my data off of them, they said I could start a whole new account, and move my data, but there was no way to get a "deal" anymore.
If I am going to move my data, it will be off their servers to a host that is not run by as sholes.
same thing happened to me.
auto charged me over 100 bucks for following year.

Who is better? I've been on 1&1 for years but am finally fed up with how crappy their platform works with other simple stuff (gallery2, piwigo, etc...)
