      I hear you! You can always order on Amazon tax free from CA but there usually isn't a rebate like this.

      This seems to be the best deal online. The only place has rebate, no tax, shipping free. The only thing bad is no Bing cash back, but still the best deal. Can anyone confirm?

      the student discount is a better deal... but i'll hold out for core i5's in the 13 inch pro.
