Yeah, watch their fees! I had their Basic banking for almost 12 years, but recently opened an account with USAA, and switched all my business to them.
Why? Because my free checking (with direct deposit) suddenly turned into "free so long as you keep a minimum deposit of $6000, otherwise it's $15/month" checking! Sorry, I'm not Daddy Warbucks, and I don't have that kind of cash to sit on, just to get free basic checking, when I can get it without such stupid restrictions elsewhere! So much for customer loyalty!
