have tried using codes on this website 3 times. Coupon code did not work or was not availible for shipping and the last time, I just never got the order and was never charged. I order almost everything online and this is a first for me. Almost as if the deals are just a come on.

I used the BIG30 to buy a new battery for my car couple weeks ago. Ordered on line and pick up in store. The code worked for me at that time.

Their codes have worked fine for me every time, though they don't work on oil and a few other things I can't recall at the moment.

Ditto with dave_c, I use the codes and online pickup all the time. The codes will NOT work for oil purchases, but are a fabulous way to save some money. You can also place separate orders to maximize the coupons, if it makes sense to do so. You can use each coupon code once per account and don't forget that the blue shop towels make great $2 fillers.
