VistaPrint products and service are fine. About one day out of 4 they offer 'all products free and free shipping' - but that actually means OR rather than AND: that is, pay for the shipping charges they set per products and get some base quantity of each such product free, or pay for larger quantities and get shipping free. The biggest problem dealing with them is that they send DAILY e-mail offers, the same cycle of three or four of them, ad infinitum! Nobody buys custom printing specialties daily! I would like to hear from them just as a reminder they are there every month or two or three, but that is not a current option (though I have suggested it) - you get their daily mailings or you opt out completely and forever.
(Ten-X or whatever they call themselves these days give you options for mailings for their powerline control devices: very lonesome, send daily; have a life, send monthly; and something in between. That is nice, especially since every single mailing claims they are now offering for only 24 hours the best offers ever in their history.)
I've scored their business cards and was more than satisfied. Great deal.
