dunno why would you need a 2 pack... I got one, and it's very compact... Only downside? only 1 drive on computer... Each adaptor does not get it's own drive.
#2, you just answered your own question. With a 2 pack, you get 2 drives on the computer. Duh!
It's totally annoying that you only get one drive letter, and you have to disconnect it and reconnect it to get it to read other drive types. a four drive solution is much better.
