Most Portable DVD Players available are now below $200 - you shouldn't have to pay that much for a no-name. Sony, Toshiba, etc. ones are available from Best Buy or Amazon for the same price. Also, depends who will be using it - will it be for you or for your kids. Durability might be one factor you should strongly consider in your purchase decision.

The wireless headsets make this a pretty decent deal. If you have two kids that you drive around routinely, this will be priceless.
