So this is the new phone from the droid does commercials!

Nope this is not the same phone as the commercial. It's Droid HTC.
Battery life measured in milliseconds
The Droid is probably better in every respect while this is just a slightly upgraded version of the original Android phones...with no physical keyboard to boot.
#5; true, but the battery is changeable (as they point our in their commericals) so I guess that one would carry about 10 batteries to get through a normal day of use.

Droid and Droid Eris are different phones. Droid is made by Motorola, Droid Eris by HTC. Naming confusion!

The Droid has more , bigger touchscreen 3.7", more memory, faster processor, android 2.0, slide out querty keyboard.
