Too bad these nitwits won't expand out of the major metro areas where they currently are. I live in a city of 100,000, and there's nothing but AT&T, Time Warner cable, and wireless internet available. Would love to see FIOS come in with $20/month service for 2 years!
Not available here either. And I believe the $20 a month price is not FIOS. That price is for the 768 kbps regular cable connection and you have to already have Verizon phone service. Without phone the price goes up $10. Cheapest FIOS internet is $50 a month with phone, $55 without.
FIOS service is worth every single penny. I'd rather pay about the same amount for a better product than that lousy crap that Time Warner AOL and Optimum offers.
